Flying

There are two airports you can fly into:

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport

You can get from the airport to The University of Maryland by bus or If metro:

D.C. Public Transit

Metro

There is a metro stop, College Park- U of Md, near  The University of Maryland campus on the Greenline. If coming from the south (DC metro area) take the greenline north in the direction of Greenbelt. If coming from the north take the greenline south in the direction of Branch Ave.

If taking the metro, please note there is a free shuttle to the University of Maryland. Turn left out of the station in the direction of the Kiss and Ride. There will be a sign indicating where the bus picks up. It is the 104 bus to STAMP, the student union. For a schedule click here: UMD Bus Schedule

Bus & Train

If you are on the East Coast, you might decide to take the bus or train to D.C.

Here are some options you can look into:

Eastern Shuttle              Bolt Bus 

Amtrak                         China-Town Bus

Driving

If you are driving to College Park and want to park on campus, check the DOTS parking map for parking options. Please note that a parking fee is required when using on campus parking.
